Why am I banned?

Because an admin banned you. You can appeal or ask for a second chance by making a ticket.

What can I do about my ban / I got falsely banned?

You can appeal it by clicking on the support button on your left, an Astro Administrator will review your case, and take the needed action.
Please note that you don't have to be falsely banned to appeal, you can also appeal if you want a second chance.
